G&G Salsa 

Garry is a trained fitness instructor where he provides advice on keeping fit and body conditioning techniques.

He has been teaching salsa for 8 years where he specialising dips and tricks and spinning technique.

He teaches the intermediate /advanced class at Bertie’s where he is known for his challenging routines and he pays a lot of attention to detail. He and Giselle also run a performance dance course for both men and women and they have performed in West End and local clubs.

Garry has many high profile performances such as performing with S Club Seven in Hide Park and on television with Robert Whitehead.

Giselle is a trained fitness instructor and full-time dance and aerobics teacher. She has been teaching salsa for 4 years, specialising in Dips & Tricks, and ladies’ salsa performance courses. She teaches the intermediate class at Bertie’s and is always glad to answer any questions from those new to salsa. She has classes in salsa, salsa aerobics, street dance and aerobics in clubs and gyms all over North and East London. She is currently running her 20th ladies salsa performance course, Las Salseras, open to all ladies who love salsa.!
